A legacy of service defines Mr. Rajeev Kumar. After honouring the nation with 16 distinguished years in the Indian Air Force, he inherited a parallel legacy from his father, the late Shri Narayan Singh—a revered government teacher and dedicated farmer. This unique dual heritage shaped his core philosophy.

From the IAF, he ingrained values of structure, precision, and unwavering integrity. From his father, he learned that true leadership is rooted in the earth and the community—a lesson in empowering farmers and driving social development at the most fundamental level. He saw education not as a privilege for the few, but as the essential engine for sustainable progress, a tool to elevate an entire region.

Mrs. Chanchal: The Heartbeat of Motivation & Sacrifice

Usha Kumari, holding a B.Sc. and a B.Ed., provides essential balance and pedagogical strength. Her grounding in both science and the art of teaching allows her to nurture young minds with clarity and care. She is instrumental in building the strong, supportive learning environments where foundational concepts are mastered with confidence.

Shailesh Chahal brings a world-class engineering mindset to our foundational philosophy. As a Chemical Engineering graduate with a Master's degree from the prestigious IIT Delhi, he embodies analytical rigor and innovative problem-solving. His expertise ensures our pedagogy is structured, methodical, and designed to cultivate logical and scientific temper in our students.

Neetika, currently pursuing her MBBS at Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College (KCGMC), represents the next generation of professional excellence. Her journey in medicine brings an invaluable focus on scientific inquiry, discipline, and compassionate service to our community. Her presence underscores our commitment to inspiring students towards ambitious national and professional goals.
